Associate Managing Producer - Video
Overall Responsibility:
The Associate Managing Producer-Video is responsible for assisting the Video Executive Producer and the project team with the day-to-day management of video and digital projects. They help to provide information relating to the project's production needs to produce the best work, and takes part in actively problem-solving. Associate Managing Producers assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously performing duties such as scheduling pre- and post-production meetings, assisting in budget analysis, coordinating equipment rental, purchasing images and talent management. Associate Managing Producers must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and be excellent communicators.
Required Knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in film, communications, marketing or related field
- 0-2 years minimum experience working in a related field
- Experience within pharmaceutical and healthcare environment a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
- Attention to detail
