D.i.D. was founded in 2004 by Rick Sannem and Peter Kenney. We now have over 50 full or part-time employees.

Rick Sannem
Rick Sannem gained 20 years experience working at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, operating in multiple capacities including: sales, sales management, marketing, marketing management, managed-care marketing, and service marketing. Rick has also served as a partner/executive at several healthcare strategy and communications companies, including Medical Broadcasting Company (now Digitas Health) and managed care consultants, The GMR Group. He has extensive experience with OTC and Rx products, both pharmaceutical and biotech, across a wide range of therapeutic categories. Rick received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Alabama where he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army. Rick is a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm, having received several awards and medals, including the Bronze Star.

Peter Kenney
For 20 years, Peter Kenney has directed video, Web, and print creative for the healthcare market. As Creative Director at Medical Broadcasting Company (now Digitas Health), he worked on national brands, including Enbrel, Crixivan, Tylenol, and Norvasc. Before that, he was a founding partner of Digital Ranch, and worked as a documentary television and interactive multimedia producer in Los Angeles, California. Peter received his B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.F.A. in Film from Columbia University. He currently serves on the Board of The Philadelphia School.
